Top Dining and Restaurant Apps on iOS in Portugal: Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the top dining and restaurant apps on the iOS platform in Portugal showed varied performance trends, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

McDonald’s app downloads experienced a fluctuating pattern, starting at around 4K and ending with a peak of 4.3K in the final week of June. The weekly active users showed a slight increase, beginning at 181K and stabilizing around 171K by the end of the quarter.

The BURGER KING - Portugal app witnessed a steady increase in downloads, reaching approximately 3.8K in early June. Active users also saw a significant rise, peaking at about 87K in the same period before declining to 69K by the quarter's end.

For TheFork - Restaurant bookings, downloads started at 3.4K and decreased to 2.5K towards the end of June. Active user numbers initially increased to 81K in mid-May before declining to around 65K by the quarter's conclusion.

The H3 app maintained a consistent download rate, hovering around 1.3K, with a gradual increase to 1.4K by the end of June. Active users grew steadily from 7.7K to approximately 8.2K over the quarter.

Finally, KFC PT showed a decline in downloads, starting at 1.1K and decreasing to 729 by the end of June. Active user data was not available for this period.
